Practical Solutions for Mount Carmel's Growth

Justin Mann is focused on bringing effective leadership to Mt Carmel with a commitment to reducing burdensome sewer rates, boosting local industry, and ensuring all areas of the town feel included in the community’s future.
Strong Supporter of Public Education
Justin Mann is a graduate of Sullivan South High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History and his Master of Public Management from East Tennessee State University. Justin is a part-time substitute teacher in Scott County Schools.
Lowering the Sewer Fee
Justin will seek to lower the Sewer Fees in Mount Carmel and help fund the budget through alternate means. The property tax rates have increased by an order of magnitude and it is not sustainable.
Defending Our Rights
Justin served for five years as an officer in the Tennessee State Guard. He was deployed in 2020 and helped his fellow Tennesseans during the Pandemic. He received a medal from the US Army.
